No Refund After Service Initiation
BaBaaz Document Clearing Services LLC offers no refunds once:
- Government fees have already been paid

- Work on the client file has started
- Processing or verification procedures are already underway
Government fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Client Cancellation
If a client cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative or processing charges. Government fees remain non-refundable.

Duplicate Payments
